Brittany & Bj drove all the way up from Orange County last night for their engagement session at Green Gate Ranch. Even though we got started late because of crazy LA traffic, we managed to get the most magical and beautiful light!!! Brittany & Bj are so sweet, and they literally laughed their way through the entire session. So awesome I can’t wait to see them again this summer for their wedding in Lodi!

As some of you saw, Adam shot some film a few months back on his old Canon AE-1. Recently we decided to make the leap and invest in a medium format camera, a Contax 645. I haven’t shot film in a long time, so it felt good to do it again. My love of portrait photography started with film back in high school, and after seeing these scans, I’m reminded why I fell in love with it!
